Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
End-to-end management of customer life cycle which includes managing sales as well as account management from project implementation to revenue enhancing activities.
Understand the client requirement and provide 360 degree mobile solutions on VivaConnect Platforms(IVR,SMS,Email,missed call, Mobile App)
Experienced in solution selling specifically in mobile domain where understanding of technology, platforms, consumer behavior is the key to develop effective solutions.
Educate the business stake holders and the decision makers about the power of mobile, latest technologies and VivaConnect Solutions.
Deriving optimum solution for the client from the wide range of SMS, IVR & GPRS based applications and services, through systematic deduction.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building & interpersonal skills
